Tabitha Alwyn

Overview

·       Tabitha brings a distinctive perspective to coaching thanks to her extensive business background in investment banking coupled with her initial training as a classical concert pianist.

·       Her natural empathetic connection with people combined with her optimism, enthusiasm and energy means she can support her clients as they maximise their strengths and allow their potential to reach new levels.

·       Tabitha coaches a wide range of people from lawyers, bankers and marketing directors to headmasters, actors and dance companies. She passionately believes that coaching can help outstanding people fast track their careers.

·       She particularly enjoys working with new managers or those getting ready for promotion as she believes that coaching at this stage can have a lasting impact not just on the individual, but also on the whole organisation's leadership capacity. Coaching can help rising stars reinvent themselves as they take on new responsibilities and can ensure that an organisation retains its best people and maximises their performance.

·       Tabitha, having experienced two major career transitions herself, also has a keen interest in coaching those who are considering or facing the challenge of a career transition.
